Sales Terms?Terms of Sale: By making a purchase, you are accepting these terms. 25% of all sales are non-refunable should buyer back out before shipping for any reason. Animal must be paid in full prior to shipment. We do offer short payment plans; the terms are 25% non-refundable deposit and balance due in 30 days. Shipping is done Tuesdays to help ensure no delays as much as possible. We guarantee live arrival of your reptiles unless the shipment is delayed or mishandled by the shipper. We are not responsible for carrier delays. Unless otherwise stated and agreed upon in advance, we guarantee that all our animals are healthy (to the best of our knowledge) and feeding at the time of sale. We ship FedEx hub to hub. We do not guarantee live arrival if shipping animals when the temperature is under 40 or over 90 degrees (F). We offer domestic shipping within the lower 48 states on Tuesdays to FED EX HUBS. Holiday time frames may cause a delay as we want to make sure it is not a high traffic shipping time when we ship out your animal to you. Shipping is dependent on climate between us and destination. Shipping may not be available all in some winter or summer months. Safety of the animal in the most important thing to us, and we apologize an animal may not be available if you are in a place that has too hot or cold temps. Pickup in person is available year-round. We guarantee that all of our animals are feeding regularly at the time of sale. We do not guarantee that an animal will feed under your care. All of our snakes are fed appropriately sized frozen/thawed mice in their permanent enclosure. Our animals will be on frozen thawed unless stated otherwise. While we are not open to the public we may arrange to meet locally with our customers so they can inspect an animal prior to the sale. We are also glad to meet you at any of the reptile shows that we attend. Animals purchased are not guaranteed once they are in your care. This is simply due to the fact that we no longer have any control over the animal, so we cannot be held responsible if something should happen after we have trusted you with taking care of the animal. This is the single most difficult aspect of a snake purchase/sale. An animal that fails to thrive in the days or weeks following their purchase is a point of strong opinions for both parties involved in the transaction; buyers are left without a reptile or their money and the seller cannot account for the conditions under which the animal was kept after the sale. This is true even when the animal is sold to an experienced keeper. All sales are final. Please be sure the animal you purchase is the one you want. We are happy to answer any questions and help give advice on properly caring for them but once an animal leaves our care it is your responsibility. We do not gurantee sex of the animal. We do make our best educated guess and can post or provide picture of animals tail upon request. If you do not agree with these terms please do not purchase an animal from us. We reserve the right to decline any order/request for sale. You must notify us immediately upon arrival with unboxing video with any problems. Do not wait to open box later you must do an unboxing video as soon as the box is delivered. If something is not correct, you need to email us immediately. Video evidence of any problems will be required. The legality of owning a reptile in your state and/or city is your responsibility. We do our very best to check up on local laws, but it is not possible to know what rules exist for every county and city in the country so you will need to determine if owning a reptile in your area is within the law. We will absolutely not break any laws, regardless of whether or not you personally agree with them. We do not sell reptiles to persons under 18 years of age, and you certify you are of age by proceeding with sale. If you are underage your parent must be the one to buy the animal.

What forms of Payment do you accept?We accept Zelle as our main form and adds no fees on. We can also accept Waveapps (adds 4%) which allows for bank and credit cards to be used if needed. If you need Waveapps we will send you an invoice to make payment.

Do you Offer Payment Plans?Yes on anything $500 and above. We offer short term payment plans of 25% non-refundable deposit with remainder due within 30 days as one final payment. The animal must be paid in full before we will ship. We do not split the payment into more than two payments. Anything $499 and lower payment is due in full in one payment.
